The Glass ColorSort® system turns negative value, contaminated, three-color mix into high value, furnace-ready cullet.

Capacity is 20 tons/hr when operated in ceramic mode, 5 tons/hr when operated in color sorting mode.
Automatically identifies and sorts glass particle sizes from 9-50 mm (3/8”-2”).
Sorts all shades of green, amber, yellow, and blue colored glass including “Georgia Green” and “Half-White”.
Employs the latest developments in sensor technology, using high-speed optical detectors and digital signal processing.
Special software algorithms constantly correct for the effects of contamination, providing improved separation over self-cleaning systems which operate intermittently and require air and water utilities.

Our ELPAC™ System for Glass provides accurate separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metal contamination from glass cullet.

Synchronized eddy-current sensing with automatic tuning detector circuits.
Various capacity models available, from 900 up to 1,800 kg/hr.
Particles down to 1/100 gram (aluminum foils, metallized labels, aseptic packagings) are effectively sensed and removed.
Metal removal performed by presisely pulsed air jet array.
Typical removal efficiency of the Glass ELPAC™ is greater than 98%.
Product loss is smaller than 1%.
