The Glass ColorSort® system turns negative value, contaminated, three-color mix into high value, furnace-ready cullet.
- Capacity is 20 tons/hr when operated in ceramic mode, 5 tons/hr when operated in color sorting mode.
- Automatically identifies and sorts glass particle sizes from 9-50 mm (3/8”-2”).
- Sorts all shades of green, amber, yellow, and blue colored glass including “Georgia Green” and “Half-White”.
- Employs the latest developments in sensor technology, using high-speed optical detectors and digital signal processing.
