BottleSort® System - Plastic Bottle Sorting

The Binary BottleSort® is designed for mass-feed applications, no singulation is necessary. The MSS Binary BottleSort® provides effective separation of plastic bottles by resin and color.

Resins: PET, PVC, HDPE Natural & Colored, PP, PS, PEN, PAN.
All colors of PET including light-blue.
Typical efficiency of the MSS Binary BottleSort® is greater 99% for PVC and greater than 90% for all other resins and colors.
