MSS Sapphire SystemThe new generation of the Sapphire™ separation modules provides for precise separation of specific plastic resins, aseptic packagings, paper, or mixed plastics from a stream of packaging waste.

MSS Binary BottleSort SystemThe Binary BottleSort® is designed for mass-feed applications, no singulation is necessary. The MSS Binary BottleSort® provides effective separation of plastic bottles by resin and color.

  • Resins: PET, PVC, HDPE Natural & Colored, PP, PS, PEN, PAN.
  • All colors of PET including light-blue.
  • Typical efficiency of the MSS Binary BottleSort® is greater 99% for PVC and greater than 90% for all other resins and colors.
  • Various capacity models are available, from 1,100 up to 2,200 kg/hr.
  • Proprietary MSS sensor design.

MSS Vydar System

Our Vydar™ System provides X-ray identification and mechanical separation of PVC, glass, metal and other dense materials from PET flake.

  • Standard and high-density X-ray sensor arrays are available for 12mm and 8mm grinds.
  • PVC removal performed by presisely pulsed air jet arrays.

MSS Plastic Elpac SystemOur ELPAC™ System for Plastic provides accurate separation of ferrous and non-ferrous particles from plastic flake.

  • Various capacity models available, from 900 up to 1,800 kg/hr.
  • Particles down to 1/100 gram (aluminum foils, metallized labels, aseptic packagings) are effectively sensed and removed.
